The Mitsubishi Electric MR-JE servo amplifier provides a balanced combination of performance, compact size, and ease of use for general automation applications. With a 2 kHz speed frequency response and 22-bit absolute encoder integrated into the HG-KN/HG-SN motor series, it delivers precise positioning with minimal settling time. One-touch tuning and real-time auto-tuning adaptively adjust gain parameters based on changing load conditions, eliminating the need for manual tuning expertise. The drive supports pulse-train, analog, and RS-422/RS-485 communication with optional SSCNET III/H high-speed motion bus for multi-axis synchronous applications. A built-in regenerative brake and dynamic brake control reduce external component requirements and panel wiring complexity.
