Phoenix Contact — Managed Ethernet Switches
The Phoenix Contact FL Switch SMCS 8TX is an 8-port managed Ethernet switch with an integrated two-port firewall for machine-level network security. It delivers PROFINET Conformance Class B features with MRP redundancy and integrated diagnostic functions for rapid fault localization. The switch includes a web-based management interface with drag-and-drop VLAN configuration and automatic network topology visualization. With PROFINET IO device functionality, it can be configured directly from the TIA Portal or STEP 7 engineering environment.
